Shipping policy

Fast processing. Most orders ship within 1 business day. Orders placed after our daily cut-off or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

Free standard shipping (Contiguous U.S.). Every order ships free to the lower 48 states (excludes AK & HI).
Carrier selection. We auto-select the best available service (USPS/UPS/FedEx) based on destination, weight, and fastest estimated delivery—not just USPS.

Expedited options. 2-Day and Next-Day are available on most items at checkout or by request (extra cost).

Alaska & Hawaii. Paid shipping only; transit times are longer and services may be limited.

PO Boxes / APO-FPO. Shipped via USPS when eligible. Some products cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO due to size or hazmat rules.

Large / freight items. Oversized products (e.g., solar panels, large inverters, power stations) may ship LTL freight with curbside delivery and a scheduled appointment. Please inspect on arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt.

Batteries & hazmat. Certain chemistries must ship Ground per DOT/airline rules; some services and locations are restricted.

Tracking & delivery. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships. Signature may be required for high-value orders.

Address changes & issues. Contact us before shipment for changes. If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, notify us within 5 business days.
