Refund policy

30-Day Returns (Expert Connect direct purchases)
If you’re not 100% satisfied, you may return items within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund.

Authorized dealers
If you bought from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies. Please contact the dealer directly.

Exchanges
We don’t process exchanges. Return for a refund and place a new order for the correct item. (Items purchased outside Expert Connect cannot be exchanged through us.)

Eligibility & condition

  1. Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories/manuals.

  2. Damage, signs of use, or missing parts may reduce or void the refund.

Shipping

  1. Use any carrier to return the item(s).

  2. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item.

  3. Some batteries/hazardous goods must ship Ground per carrier/DOT rules.

After 30 Days: Warranty Only
Returns for refund are not accepted after 30 days. Within 2 years of purchase, eligible items may be serviced under our limited warranty (repair or replacement). Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item.
